With over 20 years of industry experience, award-winning Producer Kat Mansoor has worked with the likes of BBC Film, Film 4, Netflix and distributors around the world to consistently deliver a slate of highly acclaimed films. Kat’s work has been shown at festivals such as Cannes, Telluride, SXSW and IDFA. Her film credits include double Grierson-winning Here’s Johnny, The Man Whose Mind Exploded, What We Believe and In the Court of the Crimson King.


Kat’s most recent releases include BAFTA-nominated Cow by Academy-Award winning Director Andrea Arnold and BAFTA-nominated Rebellion. Kat’s current productions include Firestarters (Cinereach), Molly vs The Machines (Screen Scotland/Luminate/DocSociety), Yuja, No Place Like Home (Screen Ireland/BFI) and Father Father.

Neil Blair

Neil Blair



Neil Blair is the Chairman of the Board and a Director of Pottermore as well as the Founding Partner of The Blair Partnership, a London-based literary agency and business management company that represents several leading authors including J.K. Rowling. Until 2011, he worked as a partner at the Christopher Little Literary Agency, which he joined in 2001.


Before his career in the literary world, Blair was Warner Bros.’ European Head of Business Affairs, Europe, working in the film and TV arena on productions like Band of Brothers and Eyes Wide Shut.

Charlie Falconer

Development Producer


Charlie oversees creative development at Snowstorm where she works with Directors to bring the most cinematic and compelling stories to screen.


Her current productions include Re-evaluation (Film4), Firestarters (Cinereach), Molly vs the Machines (ScreenScotland/DocSociety/Luminate), Father Father, Yuja and Robin (DocSociety).


Charlie has a background in commercial production and previously worked at Halcyon Pictures where she helped to produce Cow directed by Andrea Arnold, and Rebellion, both of which were BAFTA nominated.


Emma Norton

Production Manager


Emma has worked for nearly a decade in production roles on international feature documentaries including ‘Rebellion’, ‘The Nightcrawlers’, ‘The Edge of Democracy’ and ‘Virunga’. They have a particular interest in impact-focused storytelling which amplifies underrepresented voices.
